Conditions in which the body's physiological need for calcium is increased — those doing heavy physical labor, athletes under intense physical strain, and during adolescence.

Dosage

Children under 7 years old take half a teaspoon or half a sachet 2 times a day, adults over 7 years old take 1 teaspoon or 1 sachet 2 times a day, dissolved in 50-60 ml of boiled and cooled warm water or 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt and drink on an empty stomach half an hour before meals. The duration of treatment can be from 1 to 3 months or more, depending on the severity of the disease. For preventive purposes, it can be taken for a long time or continuously, depending on the need.

If taken mixed with food, after meals, or in hypoacid gastritis, absorption through the intestines significantly decreases.

Additional effects

May cause slight temporary constipation. In such cases, probiotics, prokinetics, or laxatives may be recommended by a doctor.

In people over 40, it may increase blood clotting. This may increase the risk of diseases associated with thrombus formation in blood vessels. To prevent such complications, it is recommended to take medications that reduce blood clotting (antiplatelet agents, anticoagulants) together, under a doctor's supervision.

Contraindications

Children under two months of age, intolerance to product components, hypercalcemia (malignant tumors, parathyroid adenoma, severe renal failure).
